J & P Motorcycles provides our customers with a variety of financing and insurance options.

We understand that financing a motorcycle is a big decision, and we want to make sure you have all of the information you need to make the best decision for your circumstances. We provide a variety of financing options through our partner lenders and we're here to assist you in selecting the best one for you.

We can also arrange insurance for your motorcycle. We can help you find the right policy for your needs, whether you need liability coverage or full coverage.

Financing with J & P Motorcycles

J & P Motorcycles provides financing through AMMF (Yamaha), KMF, Suzuki Finance, Pepper and BOQ. Depending on your credit score and the amount of money you want to finance, we will select the one that offers you the best value and interest rate. You must be over the age of 18 and have worked at your current job for at least 3 months to be considered for finance (unless you have changed jobs within the same industry).

  • Below is a list of the required documents that you will need to provide to apply for finance:

  • A current Driver's License showing current address and endorsement to ride a motorcycle on the road as required (not required for off-road vehicles).

  • Proof of income: 2 recent payslips (no more than a month old) with employer ABN number and YTD figures, OR;

  • A letter from your employer on company letterhead, dated, showing:

     - Employer ABN number

     - Net weekly or fortnightly or monthly wage,  OR

     - Gross annual wage

     - Employment status (e.g. full-time, permanent casual)

     - Length of time in job, OR;

  • If you are self-employed, your most recent personal tax assessment or a letter from your accountant. You must be in business for at least one year.

Insurance with J & P Motorcycles

J & P Motorcycles provides a variety of insurance options to meet the needs of every rider. We have you covered whether you need comprehensive coverage or just third-party property insurance. Green Slip CTP insurance is available as well as insurance for Comprehensive, Off-Road Rider, Fire & Theft and Third-Party Property. Third-Party Property Insurance is a good option for riders who believe Comprehensive Insurance is too expensive.
